Three kilometers from Pramanta, west of Strongoulas and at an altitude of 900 meters, the visitor of the area meets the cave “Anemotrypa” The history of the cave begins somewhere in 1960.

Two young people of the time, Apostolis Lambris and Georgios K. Karakostas, were instructed by the then president of the Community to open a slit from which fresh air came to explore the interior , on the occasion of the arrival of the Honorary President of the Hellenic Speleological Society, the unforgettable Anna Petrochillou.

Crawling Having a great difficulty after 10 meters, they found themselves in front of a wide hollow, but the lack of lighting means did not allow them to continue the research.

After that, a section of the cave of about 270 meters was studied and explored, which was utilized in 2000 and is accessible to visitors today.
