Giromeri is a small Greek mountain village in the municipality of Filiates in the region of Epirus. It is located 4 kilometers north of Filiates and southwest of Pharmacovouni, at an altitude of 280 m.

At the foot of the mountain passes the river Kalpakiotikos and a little outside there is the chapel of Agios Nile and its ascetic.

Very close to the village is the historic Monastery of Giromeri, which was founded in the early 14th century by St. Nile Erichiotis. It was the seat of the Patriarchal Exarchate and Diocese
